You will be responsible for providing online support, and customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Answering inbound video calls with greetings.
Scheduling patient appointments.
Eligibility Verification.
Appointment Reminders.
Pre-Authorization & Follow-ups.
Maintaining customer relationships

Requirements:

Fluent English (Oral and Verbal)
Computer Literacy (MS OFFICE)
Online Support Skills
Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
Patience, Empathy, and Listening Skills
Ability to Multitask and Work Under Pressure

Salary & Benefits:

50,000/- to 60,000/- (depending upon your interview)
