We are looking a Call Center Supervisor for our educational project. The individual will work closely with the Director and Manager to oversee the day to day duties and department responsibilities. .

Responsibilities:

Provides oversight of the Call Center Department
Identifies trends in complaints and works closely with all Departments and all levels of Management to find viable solutions
Takes lead in answering requests to the referral in boxes
Works with Call Center Director and Supervisor on internal Quality Assurance
Verify work is being properly processed and completed
Locate areas of struggle for each agent and provide immediate feedback to management
Maintain data and keep a record

Requirements:

Graduate in computer science
Quick learning attitude
Good in English/Urdu Communication
Willing to work Rotational shifts Morning & Evening
