Success Advisor

Experience Required: 1- 2 Years (as a Career counselor/Career advisor)• Career advisors have career exploration discussions with visitors to narrow down the type of career the individual is interested in.

• The role is about building relationships with students, with the goal of empowering them to make strong choices.

• Working to improve self-awareness and suggesting areas for development will encourage the setting of positive and achievable objectives.

• If the student isn’t sure of their career path, they often give career interest tests or career aptitude tests to help with the discovery process.

• They will work to evaluate a student’s background, training, and education in order to help the student develop realistic career goals as well.

Office timings: 12:00pm - 09:00pm
