Cybercom is leading IT & Telecom solutions Provider Company in cutting edge technology era. We are looking for professional Accounts Administrator who is efficient enough to excel our business further.

RESPONSIBILITY OF ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR:

  • Working with spreadsheets sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
  • Preparing statutory accounts.
  • Calculating and checking to make sure payments amounts and records are correct.
  • Sorting out incomings and outgoings daily post and answering any queries.
  • Managing petty cash transactions.
  • Controlling credit and chasing debt.
  • Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
  • Reports on the status of account payable and receivable.
  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare send and store invoices.
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.

    SKILLS:

  • Hands on experience with accounting software.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Solid data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A positive confident and determined approach.
  • High degree of self-motivation.
  • Skills to work both independently and as a part of team.
