Cyrten is looking for a key player for the Position of “Marketing & Operations Automation Specialist”.

The Marketing & Operations Automation Specialist is a key player on our team, responsible for ensuring that our marketing strategies are efficiently translated into actionable and scalable automated processes. This role is pivotal in driving conversions, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring seamless communication between various systems. Collaborating closely with the team, the specialist ensures alignment with the broader marketing goals and objectives.

This is a full-time, REMOTE position. Flexibility in working hours is provided, with certain core hours to be discussed.

Mandatory attendance for daily meetings, scheduled at 9am and 12pm; Monday – Friday, Eastern US time, to ensure alignment and foster team culture. Excellent English language skills (verbal and written) are needed to be successful.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows, and funnels to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
  • Develop and write persuasive and personalized cold email outreach copy targeting various audience segments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to understand target audience personas and create tailored messaging that resonates with them.
  • Utilize experience in instantly, inbox management, SMTP, DKIM, DMARC records to ensure high deliverability and inbox placement of cold email campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and calls-to-action for maximum engagement and response rates.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in cold email outreach to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Documenting common automations so they can be quickly replicated
  • Use automation tools like Zapier to integrate different platforms, tools, and software.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure lead forms and call schedulers are seamlessly integrated into CRMs, ESPs, and tracking and reporting software.
  • Create documentation and standardized knowledge for best practices and processes.
  • Streamlining and optimizing operational processes. 
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow. 
  • Implementing and overseeing operational strategies and initiatives.  
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of best practices. 
  • Monitoring and reporting on operational performance. 
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and projects. 

Daily Tasks: 

  • Configuring and managing LinkedIn automation tools to streamline outreach and engagement. 
  • Configuring and managing Email Campaigns. 
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of all outbound campaigns and making necessary adjustments. 
  • Identifying potential leads and segments for targeted outreach. 
  • Designing and implementing email campaigns tailored to various segments. 
  • Monitoring open rates, click-through rates, and overall effectiveness of email campaigns. 
  • Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of all operational processes and workflows. 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Media Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Marketing Automation - Cold Email outreach and copywriting with a focus on driving conversions.
  • Proficiency in managing inbox placement, SMTP, DKIM, and DMARC records to ensure email deliverability.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM compliance.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to tailor messaging for different target audiences.
  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting email campaign metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Zapier - 1 year experience creating Automations in Zapier automation tool.
  • Lead Generation - 1 year experience creating Lead Generation
  • Instantly - 1 year experience creating Cold Email campaigns in Instantly
  • Apollo – 1 year experience in data enrichment
  • Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (uses vlookup, find, match, Google script etc.)
  • Sales Navigator - 1 year experience LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • LinkedIn - 1 year experience LinkedIn profile management and posting.
  • RecruiterFlow – 1 year experience with managing ATS campaigns
