DAE Electrical/ IT/ Telecom

A leading telecommunications company is looking to hire a qualified DAE professional to join their team in the Rawalpindi/Islamabad region. This full-time role involves hands-on installation and troubleshooting of phone lines, internet cables, and TV fiber cables. The candidate will also be responsible for efficiently resolving customer complaints while working primarily in a dynamic, field-based environment. The position requires mobility and technical expertise, with work conducted mainly on the road to provide timely technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and troubleshooting of phone lines
- Installation and troubleshooting of internet cables
- Installation and troubleshooting of TV fiber cables
- Prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints

Required Qualifications:
- Male candidates only
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical, Electronics, or IT (3-year diploma) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience post-diploma
- Must own a bike for commuting and work-related travel
