The person will be responsible for the following:-

Interacting with different credit institutions and banks to develop relations and raise funding
Assessing and predicting financial risks and returns
Working on multiple assignments at once and the ability to multitask
Control cash flows of the project and increase efficiency
Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and laws
Forecasting financial needs
Negotiating and structuring financial deals
Preparation of legal documents in coordination with concerned teams
Liaising between internal and external stakeholders

We need someone who has:-

Prior experience of raising capital for projects
Has strong knowledge of banking rules and regulations
Has relations with different banks and credit institutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Commercial and business awareness
Good financial and analytical skills
