1.       Manage HR function.

2.       Ensure policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current legislation and best practices.

3.       Review staff handbooks and keep them updated.

4.       Support annual appraisal process, staff training and personal development plans.

5.       Map skills.

6.       Lead an Employee satisfaction survey annually.

7.       Support recruitment process for new staff and associates/consultants.

8.       Provide HR support for employees.

9.       Work with office administrators to ensure HR records are organized and filed.

10.   Supply high quality HR management information (for Senior Management Team) with a view to driving change.

11.   Promote employee wellbeing, provide support to staff on health matters and long-term sickness absence, making referrals as necessary.

12.   Develop Training programme for the DSP Team.

13.   Advice and input to the remuneration committee.

ppThe roots of Damen Support Programme (DSP) lie in a non-profit organization set up in 1992 by the name of Development Action for Mobilization and Emancipation (DAMEN) under Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860. DAMEN started its operations with aim of working for alternative development at grass-root level in Pakistan. It was an alliance of social scientists, philanthropists and professionals from various fields having significant experience of working with NGOs within and outside Pakistan. DAMEN with its social sector programs initiated the micro credit program in 1996 on a small scale to develop the economic activities in the communities and with their own participation exclusively focusing women. In 2015 Damen with the intention of having better focus on a core activity of financial inclusion, to create synergies with its social sector programs, bring in more donors & investors and to have greater access to funds from commercial banks, spinned-off its micro finance sector into a separate legal entity by the name of Damen Support Programme (DSP). DSP has been registered with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984 as a not-for-profit entity../p/p
