Job Requirements:

The candidate will be required to work as a Business development officer for the company mainly to sell company's properties in Pakistan.
The candidate must be an experienced sales person, and must be confident and bold.
The Candidate must possess atleast 3 years of experience of Real Estate Sales.
The candidate must possess a very pleasant personality and must possess excellent communication skills.
The candidate must be able to communicate in english.

Job Description:

Research the market to identify new business oppurtunities
Explain the advantages of investing in a Daniel Johns property to prospective clients, and follow up with them in order to close business deals.
Respond to client queries in a timely fashion.
Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
Develop strategies to retain the clients, including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
Maintain a knowledge repository of prospective clients.
Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
Manage customer calls, appointments, customer contacts and mailing lists.
Determine cross-selling oppurtunities among different offices.
