Dark Horse Solutions is looking for a skilled React JS Developer having 2+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components by translating the provided designs into React JS. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving performance of the front-end codebase.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React concepts.
- Develop and implement front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translate provided designs into high quality code
- Optimise components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
- Monitor and improve front-end performance.
- Document application changes and develop updates
- Maintain source control.
- Continue tech support of the applications that we have built and build new features for them.
- Implement APIs.
- Implement and maintain high standards of coding.
- Perform time estimation of given tasks.
- Participate in team meetings and meetings with clients.
REQUIREMENTS TO THE CANDIDATE
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React JS and its core principles
- Experience with popular React JS workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Experienced in JavaScript, CSS, HTML experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of modern authorisation mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- A knack for benchmarking and optimisation
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
- 2+ years in React JS development
