We are growing rapidly and looking for a business development expert based in Pakistan to drive international growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with prospective clients in the USA, UK, Middle East, and Australia for Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
- Conduct cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other B2B channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery/demonstration meetings with ERP consultants.
- Prepare proposals and collaborate with the technical team on pricing and scope.
- Attend virtual industry events and generate leads through professional networking.
- Maintain CRM records and provide weekly sales progress reports.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B business development, ideally in ERP or SaaS sales.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.
- Excellent English communication and persuasive writing skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Shift time (6pm-2 am), hybrid, fuel reimbursement for office work
Quarterly Sales Targets (Performance-Based)
- Q1: 40 qualified leads, 10 demos, 2 deals
- Q2: 50 qualified leads, 12 demos, 3 deals
- Q3: 60 qualified leads, 15 demos, 4 deals
- Q4: 70 qualified leads, 18 demos, 5 deals
Bonuses and commissions apply for exceeding targets.
