DatumSquare IT Services, a leading US based software development firm located in Islamabad is in the process of rapid growth and expanding its team and looking an ambitious and energetic Lead Generating Specialist to help us expand our clientele. You will define, create, and apply effective sales strategies to generate leads and drive sustainable financial growth through the boost of sales.
Note: Since they will work very closely with our sales team, some remote work is okay but will need to be comfortable working from office in Islamabad as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team, and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective clients.
- Establish and implement tools and methods used for efficient lead generation.
- Develop and execute sales strategies focused on achieving international sales targets and financial gain.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to create and implement informed sales strategies and decisions.
- Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to enter new markets.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting and reporting systems.
- Respond to incoming scheduled calls and arrange new growth business meetings with prospective clients.
- Capture client requirements and convert them into a scope of work with the help of the technical team.
- Create proposals, collect pricing and timeline information from the internal team, and help prepare presentations for the organization's services.
- Provide ongoing guidance, training, and support to members of the sales department.
Education and Skill set Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in lead generation for U.S. and / or European based companies needing full-time offshore software development staffing.
- Proficiency in IT industry terminology and jargon.
- Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing, business administration, or similar qualification.
- Proven experience in increasing the sales of an organization.
- Exceptional ability in negotiating sales deals, contracts, and service agreements.
- Outstanding English communication both oral and written for high levels of business communication in an international environment.
