- Organizing distributor's ledgers
- Preparing paperwork distributor's accounts
- Managing sales and stock reports of distributors every month
- Coordinating drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys
- Operating IT systems to manage timings, costs and stock levels
- Negotiating and agreeing contracts
- Planning for and negotiating technical difficulties
- Liaising with and managing field force and shifts
- Monitoring stock and managing waste
- Ensuring distribution recoveries
