Regulatory Affairs

Direct interaction with Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP), other ministries and acting as a bridge between DRA and Head Office to resolve all related issues through one to one meetings.
Working in or with DRAP performing multidimensional tasks like product registrations, renewals, product dossiers,import licences and handling important regulatory affairs.
Registration and pricing of imported & local portfolio as per Company’s business plan.
Handling of miscellaneous Regulatory matters of imported and local portfolio.
To be informed and updated on related information at all times

Admin/HR Affairs

To ensure efficient completion of employees onboarding and separation formalities including documentation, verification of employees records and provision of office supplies/facilities.
To actively maintain verified and valid attendance/time-in/time-out record of employees
To coordinate with payroll department to reconcile and verify attendance and timings of all employees.
Should be expert in administrative jobs, outdoor corporate matters and other day to day jobs
To ensure security requirements of the office premises along with all the indoor & outdoor events.
To manage janitorial staff to ensure pest control, workplace hygiene, sanitary and plumbing requirements, space management, minor repairs (Carpentry, masonry, furniture, painting etc.).
Maintain supplies stock/Inventory and provide stock reports to finance department
