Key Responsibilities:

Design high-converting static assets that align with the client's target audience and campaign objectives.
Oversee the complete design process, from initial concept development to the final delivery, ensuring quality and consistency.
Leverage Photoshop for basic photo manipulation, cropping people/assets from backgrounds, and retouching.
Use data-driven insights to refine designs and optimize their performance across all advertising channels.
Prepare and export design assets tailored for various platforms, including banner display ads, social media ads, and YouTube thumbnails.
Maintain organized source files for easy access and collaboration within the team.
Provide design support for other marketing initiatives as needed.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to enhance visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Coral Draw and other design software/tools.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new concepts.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of social media platforms and how visuals perform on each platform.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
