Provide support to the Legal Team on day to day ad-hoc matters including but not limited to monitoring progress of both external and internal legal matters of the Company
Monitor Civil suits and maintain record of each case, maintaining excel records and files
To assist Legal Department/Legal Team in preparation of criminal cases/civil suits/writ petitions and carry providing necessary support wherever need;
Drafting and review of various commercial contracts relating to manufacturing, supply and distribution, registration services, marketing and sales, medical services, outsourcing agreements, facilities management, property matters, labor and employment, procurement and other project contracts.
