Key Responmsiblities:
- Support staff for compliance with relevant legislation, standards and contractual arrangements.
- Develop and Submit Monthly & Quarterly reports in SEPA (Sindh Environment Protection Agency).
- Support Team in maintaining the record of WMP, EMP, Environmental Monitoring (Monthly & Quarterly), monthly reports etc.
- Provide support in developing, reviewing and monitoring of the Environmental Management Plan, EMS and objectives and targets.
- Develop, maintain and implement EMS.
- Responsible for developing, promoting and monitoring the EMS culture.
- Manage and implement company Environmental Program.
- Provide professional support and advice to the Senior Management Team and Staff on Environmental matters.
- Drive the philosophy of environment ownership throughout all levels of the organization.
- Engage staff and managers to maximize improvements in environmental performance.
- Provide positive leadership and promote the adoption of best practice.
- Lead and direct functional management for Environment personnel
- Identify areas of environmental risk and develop measures to reduce and control.
- Identify initiatives to improve performance and assist in addressing areas of poor performance
- Produce Monthly Environmental performance reports.
- Support Staff in developing & preparing the Monthly Environmental reports.
