We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with 4+ years of experience in automotive product development, specifically in sheet metal and die casting components.
- Hiring– Mechanical Design & Development Engineer
- Location: HUB, Balochistan (Nearby candidates will be preferred)
- Industry: #Automotive Manufacturing (Die Casting & Sheet Metal)
Education:
- B.E. in Mechanical/Industrial & Manufacturing/Automotive Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage #CAD design projects throughout the product development lifecycle
- Supervise CAD projects and review drawings, models, and manufacturing feasibility
- Assist in tool design and product development, including prototype creation and testing
- Prepare 3D CAD models, assembly layouts, and technical drawings
- Coordinate with CNC, tool, and die shops during the new product development cycle
- Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analyses to ensure optimized designs suitable for die casting and sheet metal fabrication
- Collaborate on mold and tool designs, ensuring alignment with product specifications and production feasibility
- Develop comprehensive product documentation including setup sheets, inspection guidelines, and process documentation
- Support assigned projects by tracking progress and ensuring completion within targeted timelines
- Assist in the development of components as per customer specifications
- Contribute to cost-reduction initiatives through design optimization and material efficiency
- Coordinate with local & international customers
