A leading real estate and marketing company is looking for Accounts Assistant for its expanding accounts department.

Enter financial transactions into internal databases
Maintain digital and physical financial records
Preparation different types of voucher

Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
Help prepare invoice and expense report Analyze financial data
Perform research for budgeting and financial forecasting
Check financial documents and journal entries for accuracy
Filing of documents
Provide administrative support as needed

An ideal candidate should have

Excellent command on using quick book

2 – 3 experience in Accounts preferably in real estate industry
Must have graduation preferably in Accounting and finance with excellent interpersonal skills
Must be confident and energetic
Strong communication skills.
Self-motivated and goal oriented individual with a desire to deliver results
