Oversee the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand.
Effectively plan workers's schedules, estimate costs, and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines.
Must be able to execute 95% of on time delivery commitments.
Must be able to identify (C Players/poor performing employees) and do the needful for their production efficiency including immediate hiring and firing.
Implement 90% or more of (Lean 6 Sigma) within 6 months deadline.
Deliver monthly report and presentation regarding 1) cost reduction, 2) training and 3) improvements in operation, machinery, and people.
Drive the creation, experimentation, and optimization of product-led growth initiatives
Flexibility/adaptability. Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change.
Calm under pressure. Maintains stable performance when under heavy pressure or stress.
Drive the creation, experimentation, and optimization of product-led growth initiatives.
Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and build consensus on the product roadmap.
