Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the QC team on the production floor.
Monitor in-line, end-line, and final inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Prepare inspection reports and highlight recurring issues.
Train operators and line checkers on quality requirements and standards.
Identify root causes of defects and work with production to implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with QA, IE, and Production teams to improve product quality.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal SOPs.
Support audits and buyer inspections as required.
