Manage all financial transactions i.e. fixed payments, variable expenses, bank deposits and budgets etc.
Auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.
Provide accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of business and also ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.
Booking and payments of payable related to employees and vendors and ensures accurate bookkeeping with proper supporting documentation.
Preparing payroll and calculate tax on salaries according to income tax slab rates.
Prepare detail for filling quarterly wht statement; prepare data for filling income tax return.
Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
Manage the collections process, ensuring timely and accurate payment from customers.
Review and approve credit applications and credit limits for new and existing customers.
Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payment, or other irregularities.
Work closely with the sales team to resolve billing and payment issues.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure timely payment.
Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports for management.
Prepare final settlements of employees and process payment.
Prepare detail of funds on monthly basis to arrange funds to meet operational expenses.
Preparing bank reconciliation statements, maintain limit of petty cash, booking and payment of operational expenses.
Booking and payment of petty expenses, preparing cash reconciliation on daily basis.
Reconcile ledgers of expenses and payable on monthly basis to ensure correctness.
