The incumbent will be responsible for the day to day office management. This includes (but not limited to)
• Maintainng daily liason with the members of the team to ensure projects, activites and tasks are being managed on a dialy basis
• Preparing for visits of foreign dignitaries with the teams deployed in North and South.
• Traveling to the offices in North and South, when needed, to execute tasks.
• Ensuring workflow as per the laid out instructions from the management
• The incumbent will also be responsible for managing the accounts of the company.
This includes (but not limited to)
• Performing accounts payable and receivable functions
• Managing payroll
• Forecasting budgets
• Producing financial reports that are aligned with accounting standards
• Understanding the tax code
• Keeping records
• Preparing compliance documents for monthly and end of year returns
• Managing the cashflow
• Managing the cashflow
• Ample training will be provided.
• The incumbent must be able to communicate in English.
