Qualification: Intermediate (Preferable) and above

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Housekeeping Industry

Job Responsibilities:

Make notes of daily tasks at the beginning of day as advised by Manager.
Make/Receive calls as required in order to coordinate smooth and effective functioning of ascribed daily tasks.
Organise appointments, interviews, meetings for the manager.
Supervise hospitality staff by evaluating them as well as monitoring and controlling their performance.
Be able to ride a Motorbike in order to reach various sites for work as required.
Assuming timely delivery and quality of work, ensuring efficient working by subordinate staff.
Utilising available work time in the best manner.

Skills:

Excellent organization and planning skills to prioritize and balance work.
Strong Observation skills (Attention to detail).
Sound background, with understanding & hands-on experience in dealing with people.
Ability to deal with various work staff.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
Strong Multitasking skills
Time Management.

Salary: Rs25,000.00 – Rs35,000.00 per month
