We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chat Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Chat Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients via platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn, providing them with information about our software development services, and nurturing relationships to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients through chat platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn to understand their needs and requirements.
- Provide information about DevNDes' software development services and offerings in a clear and compelling manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive sales growth.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position DevNDes' offerings in the market.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a chat-based sales role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with chat platforms such as Facebook Messenger and LinkedIn messaging.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to track and manage sales activities.
- Knowledge of software development concepts and terminology is a plus.
