Creative Head / Senior Graphics Designer

Summary:

Diagnox LLC, USA seeks a dynamic graphics designer to develop digital content and assist in digital marketing through the design of bold and functional visual elements across different mediums to build, grow, and maintain an emerging brand. The successful candidate will have a creative yet conscientious perspective on design and push the boundaries of traditional graphics. The Graphic Designer must exhibit strong communication skills, project management, adhere to tight deadlines, exceptional attention to detail, and passion for aesthetics, art, and design. The primary focus will be creating content for digital branding, product design, photo-editing, graphics/illustration design, social media graphics, and advertising on various social media platforms. In order to be successful in this role, you must have a positive attitude, be resourceful, and believe in the creative process. Should have a proven track record in graphics design and proficiency+experience with prominent tools/software.

You have a strong understanding of the design process, color coordination, branding, and aesthetics. You find compelling ways to stop the scroll and drive the click. Your love for design lives alongside your passion for social media campaigns with outstanding click-through rates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing, producing, and managing interactive online content, including product imagery, enhanced brand content, store-fronts, email templates, social media, promotional artwork, and digital campaigns.

• Create eye-catching graphics and engaging designs that reflect the company’s brand identity.

• Own the entire design process from creating concepts, graphic layout and design, photo-editing, production, and digital distribution.

• Create schedules, develop ads, and execute advertising plans adhering to creative briefs.

• Develop web-centric graphics and designs for web pages.

• Product design and conceptualization.

• Create compelling, cohesive, and on-brand designs across all PPC channels with a specific focus on Amazon, Instagram, Facebook & social media advertising.

• Develop motion graphics and illustrations.

• Advanced photo editing and image enhancements.

• Video editing and storytelling through vivid imagination.

• Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.

• Stay current in design trends and styles in various media, including digital and social channels.

Special Requirements:

• Contribute full-time

• Job duties can be performed virtually/remotely.

• Candidates should be willing to work remotely in PST time zone with a partial overlap with the US Central time zone.

• MUST show a graphic design portfolio demonstrating your experience developing concepts into campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Preferred a professional degree in digital art/design or related fields.

• Strong visual and conceptual skills. A solid grasp of typography, color, layout, branding, and digital and print production best practices.

• Strong proficiency and experience in digital design and Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.)

• Preferred knowledge and experience in website design (especially with WordPress)

• Preferred experience in working with digital, B2C, and B2B marketers

• Well-organized and detail-oriented.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple projects and working under the pressure of a deadline.

• Exceptional communication and writing skills.

Salary:

• Base salary: PKR 100k - 200k/month (commensurate with skill and experience level)
• Annual Management Incentive Compensation Award - up to 1.5 times the base monthly salary
• Annual Salary increments 5-10% based on performance
• Next Salary raise based on the career ladder
