We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Visa Consultant to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in understanding visa requirements and procedures for various countries.
Provide personalized guidance on documentation, application forms, and submission processes. Stay updated on the latest immigration laws and regulations to ensure accurate advice.
Collaborate with embassies and consulates to streamline application processes.
Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain thorough and organized records of client interactions and applications.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Visa Consultant or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of visa regulations and procedures for different countries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with online visa application systems and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field. Certification in immigration consulting or a relevant discipline. Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
