Handling Lease Finance Portfolio of Diamond Group of Industries.
Responsible for the documentation of new lease contracts and finalization of charge credentials according to financial institutes.
Registration of charges with SECP pertains to Lease Finance with the help of corporate affairs department.
Preparation of payments schedules and then arrangements of New lease payment PDC’s for the whole tenure in timely manner.
Liaisoning with banks for the NOC for matured contracts, further arrangement of vacation of charge(s) from search report.
Monthly quarterly and semi-annually Kibor difference and revision payments arrangements.
Arrangement of transfer letters for matured leases.
Arrangements of DO ‘s for new vehicles with following the procedure of Insurance and Registration in Excise.
Ensured all Rental payments of all Group contracts on time to avoid Late payment charges.
Updating Leasing Report on regular basis.
Any other duties assigned by seniors of the department.

Skill Set Required:

Should possess good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to complete multi-tasking, able to priorities’ and organize effectively.
Strong influencing, leadership skills inter personal and communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel & knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite.
Able to cope with sustained pressure.
