Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:

  • Create effective digital marketing strategies to achieve the company's objectives.
  • Understand the digital marketing landscape and identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.

2. SEO and SEM:

  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility.
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns (SEM) across search engines and social media platforms.

3. Content Creation and Management:

  • Collaborate with content creators to produce relevant and engaging content for blogs, videos, and social media posts.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure a steady stream of content across channels.

4. Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analyze social media insights to guide future campaigns.

5. Email Marketing:

  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
  • Segment email lists and personalize emails to target different audiences effectively.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make adjustments to strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and present reports on the progress of campaigns, including ROI analysis.

7. Customer Engagement:

  •  Engage with the online community and respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  •  Develop and manage customer feedback channels to enhance customer satisfaction.

8. Innovative Technologies:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Explore new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Expert or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, data analytics, and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • This is typically an office-based role but may include some travel to attend industry events and meetings.
