Job Description
We are providers of CRM/Project Management software.
We are helping organizations of all sizes drive organizational performance.
We are seeking a senior-level Digital Marketer with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/PPC, YouTube Ads, Google Display and Shopping Ads, Facebook & Instagram campaigns, marketing database, email, and social media management.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content
- Develop and manage website content
- Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics, logo making, and animations.
- Designing content strategies
- Find and target audiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
- 5+ year of marketing experience
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/PPC, YouTube Ads, Google
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Content creation skills
- Strong knowledge of color, typography, design and graphic principles
