- Work as trainee’s trainer to provide training on Distributor Management System (DMS/SFA).
- Design, develop and maintain training/users material, scripts/templates.
- Design & develop documents for DMS rollout.
- Coordinate the overall Project Rollout activity in the field.
- Monitor, record and respond to application support during rollout to DWP rollout resources.
- Monitor, record & update the progress of rollout to Project Manager and customer.
Job Specification
- Have sound knowledge of selling processes in FMCG with an experience of 1-2 years.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, Visio, PowerPoint.
- Have sound knowledge of DMS/SFA in FMCG. (Working on Accenture Newspage will be a plus).
- Willingly to travel across Pakistan for Project Rollout activities.
