ChatFlare is looking for talented Live Chat Executives to join our team. ChatFlare, working under the banner of 3andFour Technologies is a growing company with a global client base.

Job Responsibilities

The responsibility of the live chat team is to ensure that our customer's interactions with us are both helpful and timely. Take personal ownership for the customer experience to help influence their decision to renew or expand upon products and services they have with us. Overcome pre-existing frustrations when needed.

Requirements for a good fit:

Should have experience in these aspects,

Ability to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills
Exceptional typing skills
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language (or applicable language) to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish the job duties
Ability to use a personal computer and appropriate software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, live chat tool)
Ability to apply appropriate sales techniques
Ability to perform the job at workstation for prolonged periods of time
Previous experience in chat support is a plus
Previous experience in sales chat or person to person interactions is a plus
