A fast-growing multinational consultancy group is looking for a project manager to join their team in Lahore office.

Duties are as follows:

  •  Working directly with the CEO and managing various projects to ensure timely completion of the tasks.
  • Coordinating between different teams to ensure the work is being done efficiently and timely.
  •  Managing staff to ensure priority and completion of tasks in timely manner.
  •  Advising CEO on resource utilization across various project.
  • Work with the CEO to manage organization processes to make them more concrete and efficient.
  • Coordinating with clients on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinating with the accounts team to ensure timely invoices are done to the clients and coordinating with accounts team to ensure the payment is received in timely manner as well.
  •  Managing staff and office related issues.
  • Managing staff holidays, contracts etc.
  • Communicating on behalf of the CEO with various third parties.
  •  Other Ad hoc tasks as given by the CEO.

Requirements:

  •  The role will require work from office mainly.
  • You must have worked in a similar role previously managing teams and multiple projects.
  • You must possess management characteristics to deliver in this role.
  • Excellent English (verbal and writing) skill is a must.

 Package

  • Salary up to 100,000 depending upon experience
