- Maintains the SOP documents for his/her campaign.
- Should check the SOP document every week for any updates during those 7 days.
- Collaborate with the QA department by sending/emailing all the incoming updates from the clients. 100% product knowledge of the campaign is mandatory.
- Records the hourly performances of the campaign assigned to him/her and send the 2 hours interval report to the Supervisor.
- Checks the reversions required for the QA score in case there be any and sends the emails for reversions to the supervisor
- Nominates the best agent for weekly and monthly performances
- Checks the quality of the team work randomly every interval and makes the corrections and coaching’s required.
- Maintains 90% plus QA score for the project and team members.
- Sends at least 3 emails to the team on daily basis for quality, performance and campaign updates.
- Conducts weekly team meetings.
