Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will be responsible for Customer handling, solving customer query on relevant products/services, running email campaigns, generate leads and tasks assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for clients handling on CRM.
Candidate will be responsible for design placement on the panel.
Satisfy clients on their requirements on order placements.
Follow up on potential clients via email or phone calls.
Convert confirmed clients on CRM as well as on panel.
Assign designs to designers as per customers' need.
Write Promotional Emails and sending it on a special occasions.
Prepare and analyze monthly reports of designs and orders on CRM.
To record and maintain customer details on monthly basis.
Ability to retain potential as well as loyal customers.

Job Requirement

Candidate must have excellent English conversational skills.
Candidate must have skills to perform multi-tasks.
Candidate must have an experience of 1 /2 years in outbound customer handling.
Preference will be given to male candidates.
