Full Job Description:

We are seeking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to drive revenues for UAE and USA based Telecom projects by chat support or responding to inquiries, inbound calls and providing live chat assistance in a competitive environment.

Requirement:

Must have 1 year sales experience in outbound /or inbound calling.
Must have good communication skills.
Must be target oriented.
Must have good knowledge of probing and call flow.

Responsibilities:

Close inbound leads over phone call.
Persuade customer by Inbound /or Outbound calls to purchase Telecom services
Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with customers
Meeting regular sales targets by count and revenue
Accurately obtaining customer information such as name and address etc.
Excellent work ethics
Delivering accurate information about the product that describe the company’s services in an appeal manner to persuade potential customers.
Explaining services and product prices
Answering customer’s questions about services
Keeping track of customers that have been contacted for follow-ups and avoid calling those who do not want to be contacted in the future
Following up on previous customers for potential sales
Maintaining records of sales and leads generated by individuals

Ideal candidates: Have US market experience, polite, professional, quick learner, pro-active and effective problem solving skills.
