Senior Graphic Designer

DikhaDe is looking for a creative graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge in style and design trends to ensure that our customers’ needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will work on multiple aspects of graphic designing including Branding, Product Designing, Print Media, and Social Media, etc. Design, layout and format marketing and communications materials across the organization

What is the role of a graphic designer?

The graphic designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of Social Media, Print Media, Websites/Apps, Branding, Product Designing, Product Packaging, Exhibitions and more.

Maintaining the highest standards in graphic design and producing cutting-edge creative content, for both print and digital, that accurately represents the expectations of the business.
Think creatively and develop new design concepts and templates, graphics and layouts.
Design and execute a new look and feel across all digital and print material that accurately reflects new brand positioning.
Work as part of a team with content writers, designers, creative heads, managers etc.
Design across all digital assets, eg website, web applications, advertising, electronic newsletters, banners, social media and other digital media.
Maintaining an advanced knowledge of software used for creating graphic designs and trends within the design.
Development of print and digital design style guide.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

Responsibilities

Study design briefs and determine requirements
Schedule projects
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using Adobe Creative Suite
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

Proven graphic designing experience
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
A strong grip on Adobe Creative Suite’s softwares (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, After Effects and InDesign)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
