Responsibilities

Prepare and post invoices and credit memos and send them to customers
Handle all billing inquiries from the customers
Maintain customer database
Highly diligent follow-ups on E-mails
Prepare clear and reliable billing reports for executive management
Compile and maintain documents and records of all billings
Any other task assigned by the management

Requirements:

MBA (Masters in Accounting, Finance) or ACCA finalist
3 years of accounting experience (preferably billing)
Proficiency in the English language
Self-motivated
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
Good time-management skills
Results-driven and patient
Team player
