Job Summary:

As a Microsoft Power BI Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and insightful reports and dashboards for stakeholders in and outside the organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
Analyze and understand business data requirements and create data models for efficient data analysis.
Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data quality and accuracy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand their business needs.
Develop and execute training programs for Power BI users across the organization.
Continuously improve and optimize existing Power BI solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and technologies and share knowledge with the team.
Identify data trends and insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Information Technology, Data Analytics or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in designing and implementing business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
Proficient in data modeling, data analysis, and visualization using Power BI.
Familiarity with SQL and data warehousing concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Certification in Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
