We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented ReactJS Developer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our frontend development team. You will be responsible for building intuitive and dynamic web applications that offer great user experiences. This role offers an opportunity to work on impactful projects in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new features and enhance existing functionality using React.js
- Build and maintain reusable UI components
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and interactive designs
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and usability
- Ensure code quality through consistent coding standards and documentation
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in React.js development
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ES6+ features
- Experience with state management tools like Redux or Context API
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling
- Proficiency in using tools like Git for version control
- Experience with modern frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or similar
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Next.js or other server-side rendering frameworks
- Exposure to performance optimization techniques
- Experience working in Agile development teams
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
