We are looking for young, energetic candidates to work with us in the role of Dispatch Officer.

Attributes required:

Fluency in US English (Oral and Written)
Good Computer Skills
Excellent Internet Research Skills
Good Knowledge of MS Office or Google Drive Apps
Must have his/her own Laptop or PC with power backup (UPS)
Must have a reliable Internet Connection
Comfortable with US Shift timings (Night Shift as per Pakistan time)

Past experience working in a Customer Service or Sales role would be a plus.

Responsibilities Include:

Staying in touch with the Clients to get their requirements.
Using online tools to find Loads/Shipments based on the clients' requirements.
Getting in touch with the Shippers to get shipment prices and paperwork.
Sort out any issues related to any shipment on behalf of the Client, by communicating with the Shippers or any other parties involved.
Any other tasks/responsibilities as assigned by the Managers.

On-premesis Training of at least Two Weeks will be required. After that, you will be allowed to start working from home, based on your training progress.
