We are currently a team of 20 and are engaged in customer relations, online / digital marketing and data entry services.
We are looking for an energetic, self-starter, hardworking and professioncal HR person who should have past experience of Human Resources Manager job in a DIGITAL MARKETING COMPANY.
Roles include posting jobs on paid and non-paid job boards including Linkedin, facebook groups, whatsapp, rozee, indeed etc.
Contact potential candidates through phone, linkedin, emails.
Schedule interviews and followup to ensure candidates show up for interviews.
Conduct initial screening and shortlist for technical interviews.
Create a back-up for all positions.
Take care of Payroll, Tax calculations, training and competency and other office admin related work where needed.

Salary: 50K + (depending on the experience)

Location: PWD Road Islamabad

Timing: US Eastern Time Zone (5pm - 2am PST)
