DM Flows is looking for an Digital Marketing Executive to manage all inbound marketing activities.

Responsibilities.

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Develop, manage and design layouts of communications such as presentations
Work on all media like newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures
Plan, develop and execute national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverable
Interface with marketing communications functions, as well as PR, events, retail and business product marketing teams
Manage digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules
Own and maintain site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
Provide occasional data-driven input on creative direction and media planning
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
