Responsibilities
- Creating content on a variety of subjects for websites and guest blogs.
- As we're a startup and expanding very quickly, there's tons of room for growth within this role.
- The candidate must be well versed in research and creative writing.
- Strict adherence to deadlines.
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Create user-friendly content, explaining technical products in a way that is simple to understand
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
- Portfolio of published articles
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Familiarity with web publications
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
