Responsible for overseeing the overall working and infrastructure of our Business Application (SAP).
Serving as a liaison between IT and stakeholders within/outside of the organization to ensure that all business processes such as retail operations, and Point-Of-Sale are supported by the IT.
Overseeing the back-end support for our E-Commerce platforms and their integrations with Foodpanda, Google Maps, and Payment Gateways.
Looking after our database management and deriving meaningful insights via data analysis tools such as PowerBI.

Impressive Knowledge of e-Commerce Solution (Web/App)
Excellent at SQL DBs and Data Analysis on Power BI
Good grip on Point of Sale (POS) system
Should be capable to perform/lead Business application integrations
SAP working / operational knowledge
Development and implementation of plans & practices of Business Application DRs & Backups.
