A non-profit organization, based in Bahria Town Islamabad and operations all over the country, is seeking the services of an efficient person responsible for the execution of the project activities in the assigned district (Chakwal and Khushab)

The position will be reporting to District Coordinator, the specific job responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Mapping of coal mine workers and families in the intervention district.
Developing liaison with local coal mine worker’s association/owners for conducting TB screening camps.
Developing liaison with local govt. offices for conducting TB screening camps.
Responsible to conduct productive project activities chest camps, community gathering, area notable meetings, monthly and quarterly review meeting for validation as per assigned targets.
Enhanced coordination with District health teams for sputum testing and patient registration.
Transportation of sputum samples from field screening site to nearest BMU/ GeneXpert site.
Ensure registration of all diagnosed cases of TB at the nearest BMU.
Counsel and motivate patient and family regarding the treatment and disease prevention through contact screening
Prepare, Maintain &updated records at all levels.
Ensure follow up and treatment completion of all registered TB patients.
Provide and ensure the display of IEC material at screening site.
Liaison and coordination with district health teams for quarterly review meetings.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

A Field Officer role is well suited to candidates aged 22-28 years and with below qualification.
Preferably graduate with 02-04 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in development sector will be preferred.
Candidate with Personal Transport will be preferred
