1. Responsible for all work on machine after having the plan from production in charge. He will arrange the workers on machine to run.
2. Responsible for look after the work of contractor & take work from them on time.
3. Responsible for updating the hourly reports and shift wise report.
4. Responsible for the completion of job card with closing job son line and on spot till dispatch according to the dispatch plan time.
5. Responsible for the cleaning of machine and the corresponding area related on daily basis.
6. Responsible for the flow of work (arranging the pallets or piles in line with having there tags).
7. Responsible for make all arrangements at least 3 jobs from store before running of jobs.
8. Responsible for make the history of jobs according to jobs wise as per to follow for repeating of jobs.
9. Responsible for give approval of jobs as per sample / shade card or as per information on jobs card.
10. Responsible for take all above works on time from assistant supervisor.
11. Responsible for make the machine running time / starting time as per as soon possible in order to achieve the target on time.
12. Responsible for make down time as less as he can in order to take the machine on working in case of any mechanical / electrical breakdown. Take preventive action about maintenance on the report.
13. Responsible for update the reports at shift end.
14. Responsible for give report to production In charge & seniors to above this post on asking.
15. Responsible for during production: In case, any material holds or reject, production supervisor must take action to clear the material.
