The ideal candidate must have good command over design tools. He/She must be aware of latest design trends in digital word. Creativity and eye-to-detail is a must. Must be able to think out of the box solutions.
Specific job details include:
1. Defining what a product will do with client's objectives in mind. Finding best solution for client's requirements of an app or a website.
2. UX research part, building persona's, prototyping, user testing, flow diagrams etc.
3. Designing the thing actually, whether it be an app or a website or a backend system.
4. The job also requires meetings and discussions with the client as well as developers.
5. Research and sketching out the ideas before actual design is also part of job
