Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the administrative activities of the Hospital.
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
Ensure provision of safe and transport facility to the hospital staff
Ensure timely repair and maintenance of the building.
Oversee the security operations of the hospital.
Develop security strategies, implement security procedures, and supervise security staff.
Gather security intelligence and implement preventative measures.
Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
Plan and coordinate security operations throughout the hospital.
Manage and maintain an efficient Emergency Response Team to respond to security emergencies in a timely manner.

Required Education, Experience and Competencies:

Master’s degree preferably in Business Administration
Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience preferably in healthcare.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Should possess extensive knowledge of surveillance techniques and experience in a similar role.
