As an Inbound Customer Chat Representative, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  1.  Respond to inbound chats inquires and effectively consult customers regarding product.
  2. Work with the customer in trying to find whether they would benefit by subscribing and becoming a member
  3. You will be chatting with up to (4) customers at the same time.
  4. Provide full technical support in the sphere of internet and IT.
  5. Report members problem to supervisor and follow up until it resolves.
  6.  Learn about the product to provide quality services.

Requirements.

  1.  Must be able to type 50 WPM with 0 errors.
  2. Minimum experience of 5 years as customer support representative.
  3. Must be proficient on the computer which includes being able to navigate around the web.
  4.  Must be motivated and sales driven.
  5. Ability to resource product information via tools that are provided.
  6.  Must having interpersonal skills and strong communication skills.
  7. Must be multitask (remember, you will be taking 4 chats at a time).

Education Qualifications:

  1. General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level.
  2. English certification. Not required in the case of above mention education
